FUCK YEAH!!! I KILLED THE PROM QUEEN IS BACK!! im psyched!

I Killed The Prom Queen spearheaded the Australian hardcore and heavy music scene in the early 2000s with their high-octane brand of metalcore. The announcement that I Killed The Prom Queen would disband in 2007 came at the height of the band’s career, and their 2008 “Say Goodbye” tour was a massive success. Nowadays band members play in Bring Me The Horizon, Deez Nuts and In Trenches, and remain influential members of the worldwide hardcore scene. IKTPQ kick off their comeback with a fresh new permanent lineup including original members JJ Peters, Kevin Cameron, Sean Kennedy and Jona Weinhofen and introducing Jamie Hope (ex The Red Shore) as the new full time vocalist and frontman.

I Killed the Prom Queen drummer JJ Peters will be doubling on the shows, reprising his role of frontman for his current (and similarly influential) band Deez Nuts, who have become a hit of their own with their own brand of New York hardcore with a heavy dose of hip hop and punk rock aggression. Deez Nuts have spent most of the last 8 months touring overseas in support of their second album "This One's For You", which came out in June via Roadrunner Records.

Macbeth - "Battle of the bands" VOTING SITE IS UP!

That's right- Macbeth Shoes invited bands from all over the world to enter the most Rock 'n Roll competition in history! The prize was the chance to rock the Macbeth stage at Groezrock Festival 2011 on the 22nd & 23rd of April in Meerhout, Belgium.

The question was... Does your band have the Macbeth Factor?

After 14 days almost 600 bands from all over the globe entered the competition by uploading a short bio, a motivation and a link to their music. It was a though job to struggle through so much good music but eventually it was quite clear, the bands we choose really stuck out head to shoulders. We are keen to announce the bands that are still in the race and there's only one thing left to say; Let the voting begin!

You get to decide which bands you'd like to see on our stage by voting for them.

The top 10 bands with the most votes get to be invited by us to rock the Macbeth Stage at Groezrock 2011 ....

If that wasn't enough- We will be giving away 3 pairs of Macbeth shoes to 3 people who vote so make sure you register to stand a chance of winning the shoes of your choice!

JUNKYARD.COM - CONCEPT STORE!!

Now it's finally time to head down to Trollywood! (Trollhättan, Swe)
On March 24th 8-20 They are opening the doors to the brand new concept store!
Snacks and drinks are on the house. DJ will play some tones and a skate demo will go off in the mini-ramp which is part of the interiour.
There will also be some other little surprises!

From, 21-01 the party will continue to Trollhättan´s sickest bowling alley / bar "Buddys". The courses are booked to 22 , So then you have two hours to freshen up and eat if you want.

Now on Saturday, March 19, it is time for snowboarding contest Nitro Snow Fight 2011 in Källvik hill, Falun (SWE). Big air (dudes and girls) is on the program. The prize is 10,000SEK and lots of giveaways and season passes will be thrown out. Make sure to be there!

Registration & qualifier at. 11:00. Final approx. at. 14:00. Fee: 50 kr.

Giveaways are promised to the audience and the raffle of a shiny new Nitro Snowboard.

So sick to see him again! He is livin large nowdays in the deep city of Stocktown... We grabbed a couple of lagers and talked mayhem memories , catching up on things. Homie is BACK!

My homie Mattias Nyberg got injured last season while shooting some street in the Northern part of Sweden . After hours at the hospital they sent him back to the hotel...
When he got back home to his hood he got a propper X-ray and then he found out that he fucked up his acl...damn soon!

One year have gone by and now he is back!
